This project will develop a gauntlet glove that includes all necessary EMS components. A necessary component of the glove system consists of electrical leads and electrodes.

On the one hand, these must be able to conduct the necessary currents as loss-free as possible and deliver them to the body. On the other hand, a construction that is secured against slipping is also necessary to ensure targeted stimulation. The EMS glove is primarily intended to reduce motor deficits, for example in grasping, that occur due to illnesses or accidents that result in neurological damage.

The project is funded by the Free State of Saxony under the number 100687826 and co-financed by funds from the European Union within the framework of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
